1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the dkwi platform at dkwi.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and dkwi.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continued use of dkwi following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a dkwi account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dkwi is strictly an adult platform. Gambling by persons under 21 is prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other individual in connection with your dkwi account.
• You do not hold any existing dkwi account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by dkwi for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of dkwi or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are accessing dkwi from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity of this nature is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.

dkwi reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be ineligible, the account will be closed and any deposits will be returned subject to verification checks and deduction of any withdrawals already made.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one dkwi account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dkwi will merge or close the additional account(s) and may withhold any associated balances pending a full audit.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update it promptly if any details change. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Submitting false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dkwi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before making withdrawals or receiving promotional credits:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account matching the registered mobile number)

Failure to complete verification within the period requested by dkwi may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction until the process is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. dkwi will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify dkwi support immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dkwi supports the following BDT-denominated payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. dkwi does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies or via international card networks for Bangladesh-based accounts.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your dkwi wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. dkwi does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dkwi accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four business hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity details on your dkwi account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

dkwi is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk review may be delayed pending further verification. dkwi reserves the right to request additional documentation and to report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by dkwi are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Players must opt in to a promotion in the manner specified to qualify for the associated reward. dkwi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus balances and wagering progress will be visible in the account wallet section following dkwi login.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dkwi monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements, exploitation of deposit bonus structures across multiple accounts, or use of mathematical arbitrage strategies to reduce house edge to near zero using bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, dkwi reserves the right to void the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

The dkwi welcome bonus, where available, is offered to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new registrations will be treated as bonus abuse under clause 5.3.

6. Game Play Rules

All games available on the dkwi Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on dkwi, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and this Agreement, the specific game rule will prevail in relation to game play mechanics only; all other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All casino games on dkwi that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, whose own fair play certifications apply. dkwi does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on dkwi are set at dkwi's discretion and may be adjusted prior to event commencement. In-play odds are subject to rapid movement and may be suspended at any time. dkwi reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error. Settlement of all sports bets will be based on the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during a game session, dkwi reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's wallet. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may not be honoured. dkwi will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate status updates to affected players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification
• Registering or operating more than one dkwi account simultaneously
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, syndicates, or professional betting operations
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dkwi staff, other players, or support representatives
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity or availability of the Platform

8. Responsible Gaming

dkwi is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe your gambling activity is becoming problematic, you are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion feature, which will suspend your account for a minimum period of your choosing. 9. Privacy & Data Protection

dkwi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on dkwi, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. dkwi uses SSL encryption on all data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to data at rest.

dkwi will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling our obligations to you as a player.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dkwi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trade marks, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of dkwi or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dkwi Platform without prior written consent from dkwi. Unauthorised use of dkwi intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkwi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.

dkwi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from this Agreement or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dkwi does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to some or all Platform features.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your dkwi account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.2 Closure by dkwi

dkwi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other conduct that dkwi reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by dkwi due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. dkwi will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dkwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security concern.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.1.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the dkwi Platform or these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through dkwi's internal complaints process. dkwi aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt and to resolve disputes within thirty calendar days where possible. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other formal remedy.
